Neymar's move from Barcelona to Paris Saint-Germain is all but a done deal, according to Le Parisien.
The Brazil international is with Barca on their preseason tour of the U.S. and has supposedly told selected teammates he wants to leave for PSG, a move that is seen as "decisive" in making this happen.
What's more, the report adds that members of Barcelona's hierarchy are resigned to the transfer, which is likely to be the most expensive ever, taking place.
