The popular reality talent show is aimed at showcasing Nigeria's strongest undiscovered vocalists as they compete for an ultimate prize with the help of some established superstar coaches. The Voice has been great so far since the initiation of the Nigerian version The voice Nigeria in 2016.

The show is sponsored by Airtel Nigeria and coca cola. The winner would earn a recording contract with the universal music group, an SUV car worth N7 million and a trip to Dubai.

28yrs old Agharese Emokpae with stage name A’rese won the first edition in 2016 and Daniel Diangoli with stage name Idyl winning the second edition in 2017. All these winners have not been active since their victories, we barely hear of them or their songs.

Winner of the first edition of the Voice Nigeria Agharese Emokpae has never been consistent since her victory. The Nigerian actress and singer first gained attention as a stage actress starring in Bolanle Austen-Peters’ Terra Kulture production wakaa: the musical which led to her participation in the first edition of the popular Tv Reality show the voice Nigeria.

Recall that in 2017, she gained popularity for her lead role as Senami Minasu in African Magic’s hit series Jemeji. In the same she released her first single “Uwe No”.

Since then nothing has been heard about her in the music industry. What’s really happening to A’rese?

Daniel Diangoli popularly known as Idyl is a native of Bayelsa state, an undergraduate at the Niger Delta University, he came into limelight after winning the popular TV Reality show The voice Nigeria In 2017. Before he went for the popular TV show, some of his hits were Ebiere,Tari among others.

The Bayelsa State born went into exile after his victory last year 2017 at the second edition of the TV reality show The Voice Nigeria. Little or no much of him was heard after then.

What’s even happening to all these talent show winners in Nigeria?

Once the win a Tv reality show, they will just disappear like that leaving everyone in suspense, thank God we are hearig from Big Brother Nigeria, BBNaija winner Efe.
