Antonio Conte has been charged by the Football Association with misconduct after the Chelsea manager was sent to the stands against Swansea City on Wednesday night.
In a statement, the FA said: "Antonio Conte has been charged with misconduct following his dismissal against Swansea City in the 43rd minute of the game yesterday [Wednesday 29 November].
"The Chelsea manager has until 6pm on 5 December to respond to the charge."
Should Conte be found guilty of misconduct, he could face a touchline ban and/or a fine.
However, he will certainly be in the dugout on Saturday when Chelsea host Newcastle at Stamford Bridge.
The Blues then play Atletico Madrid in the Champions League before travelling to take on London rivals West Ham on Saturday 9 December - the game Conte would miss if he is handed a one-game ban.
