The Stamford Bridge legend is still pals with the Everton striker and is set to speak to him about a sensational return to the club .
Lukaku’ s contract talks at Goodison have broken down over a Champions League clause allowing him to leave for a top -four club .
And Chelsea are ready to pounce for the Belgium striker they sold to Everton for
£28million three years ago.
Lukaku was meant to step into Drogba ’ s boots at Chelsea but failed to make an impression before getting loaned out to West Brom then Everton.
The 23- year - old reckons he has unfinished business at the club and recently indicated he wants to prove himself in the Champions League.
